The exaggerrated flowerhead is indicative of earlier Art Nouveau design and Corn Brothers were leading exponents of the style. The design also seems to have been influenced by Celtic art as the stems intertwine like knots. Nice range of colours, the blue adds to and contrasts with the orangy-yellow flowerhead.

The image is a little oversize rather than cropped close to the edges so that the edges can easily be seen and any chips etc can be quickly spotted.
