The famous willow pattern, ever popular but not so often found on tiles, this example in an uncommon super rich flow blue and on a bright white body with a very brilliant glaze. They were popular for use in trivets and sideboards to complement tableware.

Fully marked back as usual for Minton Hollins.

Top right corner cropped for original fitting, very small chip bottom edge, two tiny chips near bottom right corner, 1/2" of roughness on the bottom. Two pieces of kiln dirty in the glaze, no surface marks. Outstandingly clean and very high brilliance in the glaze.
