There is a very tiny glaze chip bottom left corner, the light spot on the bottom right corner is a glazed over manufacturing fault. There's a little rubbing to the glaze surface along the top and left edges where the glaze has pooled a little.

A previously sold example in blue and white. Blue stain tends to diffuse in to the glaze (hence flow blue) so blue prints in general are not as crisp and clear however on close examination it can be seen that the printing plates are different. Coloured examples are more obviously different with less shading than single colour, the difference between black and blue is more subtle. It also may be that different engravings were done according to the characteristics of the colour to be used or possibly that the printing plates wore out and new ones were made. |

The image is a little oversize rather than cropped close to the edges so that the edges can easily be seen and any chips etc can be quickly spotted. Surface marks described are usually not visible at all when the tile is viewed straight as one normally sees it and can only be seen with a critical eye when the tile is tilted to catch imperfections in reflected light.
