A super quality tile in a classic Victoriana style in
a good range of colours. Five rich colours the dusky pink
and powder blue set off perfectly and the glazes well
defined by the strong borders that are intrinsic to the
design. The design is shown on the Stubbs & Hodgart
catalogue sheet reproduced in Lockett.
Verso a little grubby, no adhesive residue, embossed
England and painted pattern number. Possibly Corn
Bros.
