A high quality tile in the local Shropshire red
clay of stylised wildflower design, moulded in low
relief and with the background glazed in opaque
green. An exterior quality tile usually used for
decorating the exterior of fine 19thC buildings and
rarely found, very durable and dense semi-vitrified
clay that was used for flooring all over the world
and stands the test of time exceedingly well. From
the Jackfield works so 1884 or later.
Verso very clean ladder style fully named.
