Condition Report

Small corner chips, minor marks around the edges but the main surface is perfect apart from a single tiny touch of rubbing on the fruit.

 

A quite unusual design of a fruit, presumably an apple, hanging amidst leaves from a branch. Rather unusual colour treatment, and olive green outer edge and mottled jade/onyx green for the centre.

Verso quite clean, Barratt's wheel device, monogram and pattern number embossed.

The image is a little oversize rather than cropped close to the edges so that the edges can easily be seen and any chips etc can be quickly spotted. Other marks described are usually not visible at all when the tile is viewed straight as one normally sees it and can only be seen with a critical eye when the tile is tilted to catch imperfections in reflected light.
